Crown Chakra

The Crown Chakra is represented by the color Purple, reflective of its connection to spirituality and enlightenment. Associated with the element of thought, it controls your connection to the Spirit realm, as well as your sense of universal consciousness, wisdom, unity and self-knowledge.

Also known as the Seventh Chakra, the Crown Chakra is located at the top of the head. This Chakra lifts and inspires you, connecting you to the divine. It provides you with a sense of your own divinity, the awareness that you are a soul in a human body.

When your Crown Chakra is blocked, you may feel unstable in your physical body. As you start to balance this energy field, you begin to feel more at ease. Mentally, you’ll feel more clear-headed, gaining the ability to situate yourself in the world around you.
