Solar Plexus Chakra

The Solar Plexus Chakra is the third of the seven main chakras.  It is located around the belly button in the stomach area and is connected to the color Yellow.  This energy center governs our ability to be confident, assertive and make decisions from inner wisdom.  It is also the key to unlocking our personal power and a strong sense of self.  

The Solar Plexus Chakra is a center of personal strength, learning and comprehension. It guides you through life by creating a strong sense of self, setting personal boundaries and building self-esteem and will-power. The ability to bring change into your life and to the world is born within this chakra. 

When the Solar Plexus Chakra is balanced a person exudes confidence, feels self-motivated and has a sense of purpose. When out of balance a person may suffer from low self-esteem, have trouble making decisions and have control issues.
